The same website is used to purchase athletics and club photos, prepay for prom and graduation, and then to select your prom and graduation portraits after they are taken.

***YARD SIGN INFORMATION***

  • THE DEADLINE FOR ORDERING  YARD SIGNS IS 5/30/25

  • All Yard Signs will be delivered to BHS Main Office on or before 6/13/25

  • You will receive a text to the phone number used to place the order when the signs are ready for pick up.

  • You can use a cap and gown or drape/tux portrait from the yearbook if you purchased the digital file. You can also use your senior banner photo as well as a photo you send us. When you order, let us know in the space provided your choice or NO photo.

-If you would like to use your senior banner photo from a sport, theater, band, or chorus, please add that to the box drop down below where it says "YES OR NO AND WHICH PHOTO YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE" We will make it for you and send you a draft to confirm.
-Use your favorite photo that you have purchased digital rights to or taken yourself. Email a high resolution to dawnsela@me.com. If your photo is from the yearbook photography company, you must have purchased the digital file from them with the release. Photos of a photo, low resolution and blurry images can not be used.

If we are using a sports or club photo, we have those on file since we took them.
If we are using a yearbook/cap and gown/tux and drape photo or one Dawn Sela did not take, you will need to email it to info@dawnsela.com

Please do not let your gallery expire if you have credit to use. Just click the link to the galleries and go to PROM and/or GRADUATION. Select your images and use the same phone number you used if you did a prepay to have the credit applied. There is a link below with a video tutorial if you need it. You can also text or call the studio at 845-797-0495.

PROM AND GRADUATION PORTRAITS

We do require a PREPAY of $35. That prepay credit will automatically appear when you log in to the gallery at the link above to see and select your photos as long as you log in with the SAME PHONE NUMBER you used when you paid the $35 prepay. 

The video below will help you navigate the ordering software. You can select  multiple digital files of YOUR student, packages with prints and digitals, or just prints alone. There are many packages/print/digital options. The software is easiest to use on a computer or tablet, over a phone.

****PROM AND GRADUATION PHOTO INFORMATION****

IMPORTANT....PLEASE READ!

YOU NEED TO PREORDER FOR PROM PHOTOS


To have photos taken at  PROM, you need to: PREPAY with the button above
If you are also prepaying for graduation, you will need to check out twice, once from each event at this website:

After the event, you will be notified when the event photo gallery is ready for viewing via the email you prepay with, so you can select your pose and finalize your order. 


Packages will start at $35 for the base package and you can then choose your pose for the base $35 package OR you can choose multiple poses and add other packages.

On average, 3-5 poses will be shown for each person.

You may include a date, friend or group of friends not to exceed 6 people. Please have your hair, dress, and makeup camera ready when you arrive at prom for your portraits. 


For PROM, you will have multiple poses, crops and options to choose from. ** So practice your poses and smiles in that mirror at home for your preferred portrait!


Graduation photos are not posed portraits and there will be one or two to choose from. Graduation photos are taken as you step off stage at the diploma presentation in a candid format holding your diploma.  


Due to the digital nature of photography, there are no refunds allowed. By checking out and prepaying your $35 deposit, you understand that there are no refunds. 


Please be mindful that these images are property of Dawn Sela Photography and cannot be screen captured with our watermark and posted online before purchase. To have them for personal use and printing you can purchase the images you love to share. With the necessary watermark, they don't look very pretty and we hope you appreciate that they will look their very best for family and friends to see with no watermark on them. It is against copyright laws to save and attempt to remove watermarks.
